Fergus, a recently retired university lecturer, had accumulated a large volume of books over his working life. He required significant space to house and store his library of books yet at the same time ensuring they were available to hand. His plan in retirement was to turn his attention to writing therefore when listing his needs for a new space a comfortable area where he would be guaranteed peace and privacy enabling him to focus on new projects was essential.
He contacted GARDEN ROOMS.IE and following a site survey to his home and a discussion with us on his personal needs, he opted for a GARDEN ROOM and he is delighted with the outcome. His books are stored there in his floor to ceiling personal library, easily accessible for prompt retrieval, with temperatures controlled they are well preserved and secure from dampness which gives great peace of mind.
With office furniture installed and a dedicated writing area in his aesthetically appealing bright airy GARDEN ROOM which is ideally set down from the main house, he is enjoying the guaranteed tranquility avoiding needless interruptions. The great thing” he added, “Is that you can leave your work at the end of the day, leave everything where it is and come back to it the next day”.
We were delighted to have provided a solution for his needs.
