What makes GardenRooms Different?



• Structurally certified Sunrooms: All of our Sunrooms are supplied with a certificate stating that they comply with all current building regulations.
• Matching your existing roof tiles or slates. We can match the tiled roof on your new Sunroom to your existing roof.
• Consort Windows. Garden rooms only use Consort Window frames & highly insulated glass achieving a 1.1 u-value as standard.
• Insulation: The minimum insulation we use is 80mm Kingspan foil back insulation in the bases of all of our garden rooms Sunrooms.
• Velux Roof lights: You choose where and how many roof lights you would like in your new sunroom.
• Selling your home: If you ever decide to sell your home, your new garden room sunroom will be added to the total sq ft of your existing house. So if you currently have a 1200 sq ft house. You will be potentially selling it as a 1600sq ft home in the future.

We only use Consort Glass as it’s the best in the business. Consort Glass Variable U Values is available in 1.1 - 1.4 or 1.6

Energy Rated Windows

Energy efficient windows help to minimise heating and lighting costs and are 'environmentally friendly'. Windows are rated from A to G with A being the best.



The BFRC rating label is similar to the label used on new domestic white goods, e.g. fridges.


Energy Saving Recommended Windows achieve BFRC rating of C or above and are recommended by the Energy Saving Trust and listed on their website.


Consort Energy Efficient Windows


Consort offer a range of glazing specifications to achieve BFRC ratings of A, B and C. Sealed units must be supplied by Consort.
These casement windows carry the Energy Saving Recommended blue sticker and the BFRC rating label.
