Glass used on our conservatories
We only use Consort Glass as it’s the best in the business. Consort Glass Variable U Values is available in 1.1 - 1.4 or 1.6
- Performance is 145% better than standard double-glazing.
- Light Transmission 41%
- Solar Factor 33%
- U value 1.1 with internal pane Softcoat & Argon gas
- U value 1.4 with Argon Gas
- U value 1.6 without Argon Gas

Consort glass stops the conservatory from overheating in summer time and reduces heat loss in winter.
Energy Saving Recommended Windows achieve BFRC rating of C or above and are recommended by the Energy Saving Trust and listed on their website. Consort Energy Efficient Windows Consort offer a range of glazing specifications to achieve BFRC ratings of A, B and C. Sealed units must be supplied by Consort.

All products carry a comprehensive 10 year guarantee (written details on request). The Window System is from the largest producer of these products in the world and all major components are manufactured and tested to the most rigorous standards.
